This is not the first time I’ve found a crumpled up piece of potential in the trash can. My middle son is an artist but also a bit of a perfectionist. I end up secretly taping the art back together and erasing the scribble marks. Sometimes I frame it. Mistakes are a good thing! It means we’re learning and trying and more so, they make us even better! Keep encouraging the mistakes as “part of the process.” [art by S, “My First Pegasus”]
