Wanted to share with you about an app that is going around called Telegram. It is making it’s way through the Austin high schools and is an easy way for our young people to get ahold of some dangerous substances. Please spread the word and have a conversation (if appropriate) with your teen about the potential lethality of even just experimenting with drugs that may be laced with unknown substances.
