Don’t forget to make time in our highly-packed schedules, for unstructured time to just let out our children’s creative flow. Buy the micro pens that make drawing fun. A blank canvas. The actual time. I’m not suggesting another class or discipline or tutor, but just the playful spaciousness to make new things. Our children’s brains need this now more than ever, especially in a time where our culture is becoming increasingly focused on achievement. Make room for this!
