A fun spring activity, if you haven’t started yet, is getting some good dirt under your fingernails and playing in the garden. We buried some gladiola bulbs a couple months ago and it’s so fun to watch the colors pop. Playing in soil is also so good for our budding immune systems (the smell released from the micro-organism, mycobacterium vacii, can actually help release serotonin). And the sun will lift your mood through good ol’ Vitamin D.
